Step 1

Fry bacon until crisp

Step 2

Cook hamburger patty same time

Step 3

Combine cheese, onion, bacon, tomato catsup and prepared mustard.

Cut buns in half crosswise.

Spread ( 2 2/3 Tbsp - 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 oz) of cheese mixture on bottom half of each bun.

Toast both bun halves cut side up for five minutes, or until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
