Step 1: Fry bacon until crisp
Step 2: Cook hamburger patty same time
Step 3: Combine cheese, onion, bacon, tomato catsup and prepared mustard.
Step 4: Cut buns in half crosswise.
Step 5: Spread ( 2 2/3 Tbsp - 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 oz) of cheese mixture on bottom half of each bun.
Step 6: Toast both bun halves cut side up for five minutes, or until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.
Step 7: (Put patty here)
Step 8: Replace top slice of bun on bottom slice.
Step 9: Brown top of bun.
Step 10: Serve immediately.
