Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 ounces bacon,(2 slices)
  • 1 ounce american cheese, sliced (1),grated
  • 1 ounce hamburger bun
  • 1/4 ounces ground beef

How to Make

  • Step 1: Fry bacon until crisp

  • Step 2: Cook hamburger patty same time

  • Step 3: Combine cheese, onion, bacon, tomato catsup and prepared mustard.

  • Step 4: Cut buns in half crosswise.

  • Step 5: Spread ( 2 2/3 Tbsp - 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 oz) of cheese mixture on bottom half of each bun.

  • Step 6: Toast both bun halves cut side up for five minutes, or until buns are toasted and cheese is melted.

  • Step 7: (Put patty here)

  • Step 8: Replace top slice of bun on bottom slice.

  • Step 9: Brown top of bun.

  • Step 10: Serve immediately.
