Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix the juice of tomatoes with the torn up bread.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 3
Mix 1/2 the tomatoes with the meat, seasonings and onions.
Step 4
Make a loaf and put in pan.
Step 5
Pour the rest of tomatoes over meatloaf.
Step 6
Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
Step 7
Uncover and add water in if needed.
Step 8
Mix gravy ingredients together and pour in pan.
Step 9
Bake 15 minutes more.
Step 10
Pour gravy over sliced slices of meatloaf.
