Step by Step Method
Step 1
Soak bread crumbs in milk for15 minutes.
Step 2
Mix the soaked bread crumbs with the meat and egg.
Step 3
Add the onion, bell pepper, celery and seasoning.
Step 4
Put in a 9"x9" pan and pour water around it.
Step 5
Baste the loaf with the tomato sauce.
Step 6
Pour 1/2 the can on top bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 60 minutes or until done, pouring on more sauce every 15 minutes.
