This rice was so delicious and your right about making the full amount we ate the whole thing and could have ate more! I think 1/4 cup soy sauce was the perfect amount seeing that you can add it in after, this is a keeper, thanks KITTENCAL! I forgot to say I used fresh mushrooms I'm not a fan of canned everything is better with fresh mushrooms
