Finally I can make perfect brown rice! this is the way I'm going to make it from now on. I was told this site has the best recipes I have to agree, thank you for posting your great rice cooking method Sue Lau!

I just made this yummy casserole for a second time for our lunch, the first time I made this I did not read the part that says do not slice for 30 minutes and after slicing it hot out of the oven I realized why, a lot of the cheese ran out, I didn't want to rate it or take a picture that time I wanted to wait and make it again following the directions, this time was much better I waited and then sliced it, so here it here's what I did, I used mozza cheese for the top, added in 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder and lots of pepper, I think this would be great with some added veggies also, thank you I really love this casserole and it has gone into my favorites!, thank you Roxanne!
