"B.V. Broth and Sauce Concentrate, they used this a lot with beef. I love the stuff myself but if you don't have it don't worry. Can freeze some for later and most folks eat more meatloaf, so serve how you like. They served with mashed potatoes and peas."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2
Use shortening to grease meatloaf pan.
Step 3
Soak bread crumbs in milk 15 minutes.
Step 4
Saute onions in shortening.
Step 5
Mix seasonings to taste into eggs, and add bread crumbs and eggs to meat and mix.
Step 6
Bake in 325 degree oven for 75 minutes until done cut into 14 slices.
Step 7
Heat water to boiling, add bullion and concentrate, add gravy after cooling it a bit and bring to a boil again.
Step 8
Pour gravy over piece of meatloaf.
