Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Step 2: Use shortening to grease meatloaf pan.
Step 3: Soak bread crumbs in milk 15 minutes.
Step 4: Saute onions in shortening.
Step 5: Mix seasonings to taste into eggs, and add bread crumbs and eggs to meat and mix.
Step 6: Bake in 325 degree oven for 75 minutes until done cut into 14 slices.
Step 7: Heat water to boiling, add bullion and concentrate, add gravy after cooling it a bit and bring to a boil again.
Step 8: Pour gravy over piece of meatloaf.
