Step by Step Method

Preheat over to 400 degrees.

Whisk together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.

Cut the butter into the flour mixture, until mixture looks coarse

Pour in cream

Stir into the mixture until a wet dough forms.
Step 6
Turn out the dough onto a flour-covered board

Pat out dough to 1/and ½ inches high.
Step 8
Using the cutter of your choice

Cut out biscuits and place on baking sheet, two inches apart.
Step 10
Bake 25 minutes until golden brown
