"Now this will be fun! I've already credited my Grandparentsdotcom Newsletter as the source for several of my recipes & I'm sure more will follow. BUT I've never had to credit them w/just the idea for a recipe & that's about to change. Look at the list of ingredients please. Except for the # of eggs (which was halved for this recipe), that list is an exact copy of my "Loaded Deviled Eggs" recipe. The idea here is that we are going to turn it into "Loaded Deviled Egg Dip", which avoids the assembly mechanics of deviled eggs. The Newsletter suggested a recipe, but I didn't care for it & wanted to use my own. Cool, huh? AND very timely too - An excellent way to use those extra hard-boiled Easter eggs. Enjoy!"
