Great salad! No mint so used oregano and green onions from the back yard and skipped the jalapeño. This was wonderful to have with burgers. Thanks for sharing!

This is a wonderful watermelon salad. I love this version. It was quick and easy to make with ingredients always found in the kitchen. Excellent flavor and textures. I used a fig balsamic vinegar, it worked beautifully in this dish. Thanks for sharing.
