"A non-alcoholic version of a coconut mojito. This uses Torani (or other brand) coconut flavor coffee syrup. I used sugar-free, but regular will work."

Step 1

Pour coconut syrup and lime juice into a tall glass.

this is so good i had to make my own simple coconut syrup( just add a teaspoon of coconut extract to syrup) because i live in the hinderlands and the only syrups they carry are french vanilla ,but boy was i glad i did , this is going into summer drink rotation

This is so delicious and refreshing, and I love that it doesn't contain alcohol so I could have some after working in the garden this morning! I used Monin coconut syrup because that's what we have here, and fresh mint from the garden. Thanks for sharing this winner!
