Yum! Simple and delicious! The coconut milk and banana add a nice creaminess and the fruit combo is great. Thanks for sharing! SWT18

Wonderfully refreshing and absolutely delicious! Our drink turned out more like a soft serve, maybe because the coconut milk was quite thick, so the ice made the coconut oil freeze which created the most delicious soft serve! I'll make this again often this summer. Thanks for sharing! Made for Susie's World Tour / Hawaii / Taka Tiki Break Challenge for the Fellowship of the Stove.

We will be making this again! I froze the bananas and cut back on the ice cubes then added just a tad more coconut milk. Definitely use fresh pineapple if you have it available. A great treat any time of the day for the whole family. Thank you Mikekey for another keeper. Made and reviewed for Susie's World Tour.
