"My husband’s hunting party butcher their own deer and they used to thrown away the ribs. As you may have read in my other wild game recipes, I do not like to waste any part of the animal that can be used. I came up with this marinade to use on the ribs and they turned out so nice. The ribs no longer end up in the trash when the deer is being butchered!!! This is enough for 4 racks of ribs."

Do you put the ribs in the crockpot with just 1 cup of the sauce mix, or are the ribs not meant to be covered in the crock pot? I would really like to try this recipe.
