Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Step 2

Spray an 8x8 pan with cooking spray.

Step 3

Place tofu, applesauce, sugar, oil and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 4

In a medium bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.

Step 5

Add tofu mixture and stir until well combined and smooth.

Step 6

Fold in the chocolate chips

Step 7

Pour batter into the pan (batter will be very thick).

Step 8

Bake for 30-35 minutes.

Step 9

Let cool completely before serving.
