"This was adapted from Hot Sour Salty Sweet. This doesn't taste like nuoc cham, which uses fish sauce, but it makes a good alternative for those who don't eat animal products. This will keep in the refrigerator, tightly covered, for up to 3 days."

Step by Step Method
