"One of my favourite appetisers,a Saskatchewan Roughrider golden oldie that never fails to please. Surprisingly this ketchup based sauce empties long before the other offerings and always an empty platter. So simple ... so good! Recipe courtesy of Tom Whitehouse. Use your favourite meatball recipe or premade from the market. When expecting a crowd I make up mini meatballs, bake and freeze, needing only to thaw, add to the sauce and pop in the crock pot to keep hot. They look awesome served on a white platter or oval serving bowl. For those who love spicy, it's as easy as adding a little of your favourite to get the extra spicy or hot version. "
