Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a skillet, brown beef.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper. Drain.
Step 3
Transfer to a greased 9x13" casserole dish.
Step 4
Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix together.
Step 5
Cover, and bake at 350 degrees F, for 1 hour, or until rice is tender.
Step 6
Uncover, and sprinkle with the cheese.
Step 7
Return to the oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
