Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut eggs the long way, carefully scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
Step 2
Add tzatziki sauce, the white part of green onion and olives. Mix together with egg yolks until fairly smooth.
Step 3
Stuff egg whites with equal amount of yolk mixture. You can put in a zip lock bag and cut off a corner in order to pipe yolks into whites.
Step 4
Sprinkle tops with green parts of onion and a few grinds of black pepper.
