Step 1: Cut eggs the long way, carefully scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
Step 2: Add tzatziki sauce, the white part of green onion and olives. Mix together with egg yolks until fairly smooth.
Step 3: Stuff egg whites with equal amount of yolk mixture. You can put in a zip lock bag and cut off a corner in order to pipe yolks into whites.
Step 4: Sprinkle tops with green parts of onion and a few grinds of black pepper.
