Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Combine turkey, pork, onion, garlic, carrots and spinach in large bowl.
Step 3
Add spices. Mix well. Add bread crumbs and eggs; mix thoroughly.
Step 4
Pack mixture into 9-by 5-inch loaf pan, rounding top slightly.
Step 5
Bake until meat reaches 150 degrees on thermometer, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Drain off fat.
Step 6
If not serving at once, let cool on rack.
Step 7
Turn meat loaf onto cutting board and cut into 8 one-inch slices.
Step 8
Serve hot or cold.
