Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the vegetables (onion - garlic) and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in cajun seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl combine turkey with the cooled vegetable mixture and the remainder of the ingredients (through the ketchup). Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.

Step 4

Pour into a loaf pan or in 3-4 mini/individual loaf pans and bake for one hour (the individual pans take a bit less time - around 45-50 minutes).

Made this delicious Meatloaf awhile back and about ready for a rerun. As your previous reviewers said good flavor and texture. I too loved the Cajun seasoning. Will be making this again for sure - also thinking to give it a go with lean ground beef. Thanks for sharing.

A full 5 stars for this recipe. Great flavour & texture. I used chili sauce instead of ketchup. I was worried because I suddenly realized that I didn't have any regular rolled oats and used instant - still perfect. I left the celery a bit crunchy. Ellie I am so glad I tagged this recipe in Billboard. I will be making it again for sure.

The Cajun seasoning really kicked this up in flavor and I made it special to have while my cousin is here from Canada. He really appreciated having a home cooked meal and this was perfect! This is a great meatloaf and I will make it again. Thank you for sharing it here with us Ellie! Linda

I made this tonight for our dinner I really like the fact that it's lower fat but the flavor is real good, thank you.
