Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the vegetables (onion - garlic) and saute for 5 minutes. Stir in cajun seasoning and worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Step 3
In a bowl combine turkey with the cooled vegetable mixture and the remainder of the ingredients (through the ketchup). Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
Step 4
Pour into a loaf pan or in 3-4 mini/individual loaf pans and bake for one hour (the individual pans take a bit less time - around 45-50 minutes).
