Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the chopped turkey in a 9-inch baking dish and top with the stuffing.

Pour 1 cup of the gravy over the stuffing and turkey and press down lightly with a spatula.

Add the vegetables and top with the mashed potatoes, spreading them evenly with a spatula.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 50 minutes; remove the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.

Warm the remaining gravy in a microwave or heat in a saucepan on the stovetop.
