"I really liked these burgers when I made them, hope you do also, I used fresh mint I don`t advise to use dried I don`t think it will be as good, these can be made on the grill instead of skillet"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place all the ingredients except the buns in a bowl and mix well with a fork.

Step 2

Divide the mixture into 4 or 6 equal portions for burgers. Shape each portion into a patty.

Step 3

Place the patties on a parchment-lined sheet pan or large plate, cover, and chill in the refrigerator 6 hours or overnight.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Working in batches so as not to crowd the skillet, add the patties and cook for 5-6 minutes each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6

Transfer the patties to a warm serving plate and serve immediately with the buns and the lemon wedges for squeezing over the burgers

Lovely moist, tasty burger. I love the hint of mint. I only made 1/3 of the recipe and added 1 tablespoon of fresh spearmint. This burger will be made again
