Step by Step Method

Step 1

Spread the spicy mayonnaise on one slice of bread for each sandwich (3 slices).

Step 2

Layer the cheese, tomato, avocado, turkey and bacon (2 slices of bacon per sandwich).

Step 3

Cover with the other slice of bread and grill (if you are using a George Forman grill, put the sandwich with the cheese side up so that when the cheese starts to melt, it will melt down over everything, if you want your bacon to stay crisp, wait until after you've grilled the sandwich to add it in).

The sandwiches were very good. We made some with and some without the spicy mayo (preferred without). The bacon and avocado are real stars here.
