Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a skillet, brown onion and meat and remove from heat.

Drain if needed.

Mix in potatoes, chopped eggs, parsley, and garlic powder.

Stir in beaten eggs and blend well.
