Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In a skillet, brown onion and meat and remove from heat.

Drain if needed.

Mix in potatoes, chopped eggs, parsley, and garlic powder.

Season to taste.

Stir in beaten eggs and blend well.

Place mixture into a lightly greased 9-inch round pan (pie plate) or an oven proof casserole.

Bake for 45 minutes.
