Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients (yogurt - mustards) in a large bowl and mix in tuna. Add celery, onion and cilantro and dmix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2

Spoon 1/2 cup tuna on each of 6 bread slices, top with tomato and arugula and bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half.

Daily Inspiration

I love trying new versions of tuna salad and this one was really different than anything I've tried. I scaled back the amount of yogurt, mustard and relish. I used green onion vs. red because my red onion wasn't very fresh. Loved the cilantro in this tuna.

I was surprised that the plain yogurt hater...(hubby)...enjoyed this...he said that whatever was causing the tartness was making it taste good...(I kept my mouth shut)...I cut the recipe in half and I have enough left over for two more sandwiches...we really don't care for tomatoes and lettuce on our tuna sandwiches so I omitted them...made for "Billboard" tag game...thanks for sharing your recipe...
