Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup fat-free yogurt (plain)
  • 6 tablespoons relish
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 cans (6 ounce) tuna (solidalbacore tuna packed in water, drained)
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 12 slices (12 ounces) whole grain bread (toasted)
  • 12 slices tomato (sliced)
  • Arugula leaves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix first 4 ingredients (yogurt - mustards) in a large bowl and mix in tuna. Add celery, onion and cilantro and dmix well. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.

  • Step 2: Spoon 1/2 cup tuna on each of 6 bread slices, top with tomato and arugula and bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half.
