"My hubby and I make these every so often for a quick meal. We love these served with coleslaw or salad. How many patties you get depends on the size you make them. NOTE: I actually spay my patties with a canola oil and bake in the oven, see note below."

Step 1
Boil the potato's until tender, set aside and & cool.
Step 2
Place potatoes in bowl, add the milk and butter and mash with a fork.
Step 3
Mix in the tuna, onion, parsley, tomato paste, egg and breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Shape into patties and place in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
Step 5
Remove patties from fridge.
Step 6
Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook until golden and crisp on both sides.
Step 7
Drain on absorbent paper.
Step 8
NOTE: I spray my patties with oil and bake in an oven for 20 minutes or until browned, turning half way through cooking.
