Step by Step Method

Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.

Place all the ingredients except the parsley in a large bowl and mix together, making sure all the noodles are coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 3
Place on a serving platter, garnish with parsley and serve.
