  • 1 cup dry pasta (noodles like elbow macaroni, shells or rigatoni)
  • 1 can (6 ounces) tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise or more to taste
  • 1 green onion (white and green parts, finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, Dijon (old-fashioned Dijon Mustard)
  • Dried parsley, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta according to the package directions; drain and rinse with cold water, then drain again.

  • Step 3: Place on a serving platter, garnish with parsley and serve.
