"A very easy sandwich spread you can whip up in a few minutes. It can be used right away; however, the flavor is much better if you let it sit for about half an hour in the refrigerator. I love this on toasted bread with lettuce."

Daily Inspiration

What a great idea for tuna salad sandwiches. I generally add onion and pickle relish, but we really like the addition of the green olives and lemon juice instead. Will certainly make this again soon.
