Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs.
Step 2
Stir until well combined. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions. Shape each portion into a 1 inch-thick patty.
Step 3
Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Add 1 patty to the breadcrumbs and press firmly to coat. Repeat with remaining patty.
Step 4
Heat oil on a medium pan over medium-low heat. Add patties and cook for 5 minutes each side or until golden.
Step 5
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
Step 6
Serve with salad
