  • 1 can (6 ounce) white tuna in water (chunk white tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup rice (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped dandelion
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (sriracha, or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs.

  • Step 2: Stir until well combined. Divide the mixture into 2 equal portions. Shape each portion into a 1 inch-thick patty.

  • Step 3: Place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Add 1 patty to the breadcrumbs and press firmly to coat. Repeat with remaining patty.

  • Step 4: Heat oil on a medium pan over medium-low heat. Add patties and cook for 5 minutes each side or until golden.

  • Step 5: Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.

  • Step 6: Serve with salad
