Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Step 2
Grease and flour 13x9x2 baking pan.

In a large saucepan combine milk and chocolate pudding, cook as directed on package.

Remove from heat.

Add cake mix to hot pudding and mix thoroughly.

Pour into pan.
Step 7
Sprinkle batter with chocolate pieces and nuts.

Bake 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Step 9
Serve warm, topped with whipped cream.
