Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat to 350

Step 2

Drain one can of syrup, reserve syrup from second can

Step 3

Place butter in bottom of a 9 x 12 inch baking dish

Step 4

Mix flour and sugar together, mix in milk and syrup

Step 5

Pour batter over butter

Step 6

Place peach slices on top of batter

Step 7

Cook one hour until tester comes out clean

This is very easy to make, very fresh tasting. It reminds me of a cobbler I made when I first got married and started to cook. This would be a great recipe for a child to put together...its that easy!

Daily Inspiration

Delicious and so easy to make. This is a great dessert anytime, but especially if you have last minute guests. Definitely a recipe I will make again and I'll be sure to keep peaches on hand just for that occasion. : ) I did scale down the sugar to 1/2 cup.
