Step by Step Method

Step 1

In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain well.

Stir into ground beef taco seasoning mix, tomatoe sauce, chilies and hot sauce. Heat until hot and bubbly and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens.

Step 3

Lightly grease a 9-10 inch pie plate. Separate rolls or biscuits arrange in pan and press over bottom and up sides to for a crust.

Step 4

Spread beans over dough and top with meat mixture.

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

Step 6

Sprinkle imediately with cheeses and allow to melt, can return to oven.

Step 7

Garnish with lettuce, tomatoe and onion if you like and serve.
