Step 1: In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain well.
Step 2: Stir into ground beef taco seasoning mix, tomatoe sauce, chilies and hot sauce. Heat until hot and bubbly and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until mixture thickens.
Step 3: Lightly grease a 9-10 inch pie plate. Separate rolls or biscuits arrange in pan and press over bottom and up sides to for a crust.
Step 4: Spread beans over dough and top with meat mixture.
Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Step 6: Sprinkle imediately with cheeses and allow to melt, can return to oven.
Step 7: Garnish with lettuce, tomatoe and onion if you like and serve.
