Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425f

Step 2

Place tater tots, single layer on a baking sheet

Step 3

Place in oven and cook for 30 minutes

Step 4

Meanwhile cook the ground turkey and stir in the salsa and seasoning

Step 5

Mound the tater tots and top with half the cheese and turkey, sprinkle remaining cheese then the tomatoes, bell peppers, olives

Step 6

Bake for 10 minutes more or until the cheese is melted

Step 7

Add green onions & Serve

Wow, what a fun, rich and tasty way to make nachos! I had to leave the meat out (hence, no seasoning) to make this vegetarian, but it was still super. And I know we would love it with the ground turkey too, will have to try that sometime as well. We kept the tomatoes raw to go with your suggested toppings, and they all went really great with it.
