I need a 10-Star button for this excellent easy-fix! We’re lucky to live in a fish-rich country (Iceland’s main industry). 50% of our meals are seafood now, but only in recent months have we been able to enjoy tilapia after a Costco store opened here. Siggi buys bags of it frozen in individually-wrapped fillets. I cooked 4 fillets (2 meals) & used my pastry brush to apply the amt of the dressing/cheese combo you suggested for 2 fillets. This allows the fillets to brown evenly as you'll see in the pic I'll post tomorrow. Served w/sml roasted carrot coins & baby potatoes, the fillets were company-worthy in appearance, moist & very well-flavored. Our friends & family will get well-acquainted w/your great recipe. Thx for sharing it w/us. :-)

This worked out well for us using frozen fish so the cooking time was a bit less. Good flavor. Thanks for sharing!

Very tasty easy recipe. I used cartfisha nd because the filets were a bit thicker than the usual tilapia they took 17 minutes. Love the recipe thanks Bea

FABULOUS fish recipe! I used 4 frozen tilapia fillets and doubled the recipe. I used Ken's lite creamy caesar dressing. I also baked it about twice as long since they were frozen. We loved loved loved this with rice and salad. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
