Simply delish! I've made this three times already! Who knew a simple brown sugar syrup could make milk taste so good? I used Black Sugar flavored boba pearls and the tapioca supplied a great, almost nutty flavor to the syrup. I did find that you have to use the cooked boba right away, because putting leftovers in the fridge or simply on the counter makes them turn somewhat hard again. This reminded me a lot of the milk tea we would have every day, sometimes even twice a day, when I visited China. Thanks for sharing!
