Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine oats with the milk; let set 1 hour.
Step 2
Add in egg, butter and sugar, then mix.
Step 3
Add sifted dry ingredients, then mix. Add raisins and pecans, then mix.
Step 4
Put in greased Pam sprayed muffin tins.
Step 5
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (I would check at 10 minutes).
