Step 1

Whisk together all the ingredients except for the rice in a pot.

Step 2

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stir in rice; cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

This was simple and outstanding. We loved this with our pork and salad for dinner tonight. I have not used Minute Rice before and found that it's a great option for quick rice. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for sharing!

Lots of good flavor in this. I did make a couple of changes. We don't care for Minute Rice, so I doubled the amount of juice and cooked long grained white rice (1 cup) for 20 minutes and also added some chopped parsley while cooking.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

This is so easy and so tasty. I don't, as a rule, use minute rice but wanted to try this recipe and I am sure glad that I did. Lovely flavour. I served it with Salsa Chicken and they were made for each other. 20 June16 made again and loved it even more

I made this tonight to accompany some chicken breasts. I loved the flavor, but found it to be a little bit salty, which was strange because I didn't add salt. I used "better than bouillon" because I didn't have granules....maybe that was it. I am definitely trying this again and either using low sodium granules or halving the "better than bouillon". The flavor was great. Made for FYC tag game. Thanks for sharing!
