"Thai iced tea is a real treat. While regular iced tea can be somewhat mild, Thai iced tea is more concentrated and flavorful. This delicious drink is infused with star anise and cloves, which add a warm, spiced aroma. It's sweetened with a bit of sugar, then topped off with a spoonful of sweetened condensed milk. I was fully prepared to not like this beverage because I've tried milk in hot tea and did not like it. Then again I do like creamer in my hot coffee, but did not like it chilled. Soooo... this is wonderful! I think the condensed milk brings out the flavor of the spices. It's almost like drinking ice cream.
