"Easy dish that my family loves. I realized it wasn't posted, so here it is. The vegetables you use can vary, based on what you have available. I sometimes add sliced jalapenos for an added kick. Please feel free to add anything else your family might like."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Drain grease.
Step 2
Mix soups and drained veggies in with meat mixture, add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, or casserole dish.
Step 4
Layer the top of casserole with tater tots.
Step 5
Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and tater tots are browned.
