The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 large bell pepper diced
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced thin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (10 1/4 ounce) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 can (10 1/4 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 package (16 ounce) frozen tater tots
  • 1 can (14 ounce) corn kernels, drained
  • 1 can (14 ounce) green beans, drained

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Drain grease.

  • Step 2: Mix soups and drained veggies in with meat mixture, add salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Pour into a greased 9x13 pan, or casserole dish.

  • Step 4: Layer the top of casserole with tater tots.

  • Step 5: Bake at 375° for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and tater tots are browned.
