Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a saucepan add the sugar and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil; stirring to dissolve sugar.
Step 2
Add the rosemary and tarragon to pan and remove from heat. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Remove herbs and transfer syrup to a pitcher.
Step 4
Stir in lemon juice and 1 1/2 cup ice cold water.
Step 5
May be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
Step 6
Pour over ice and garnish with rosemary and tarragon.
