"I changed a recipe I made to make it both in a crock pot and to incorporate flavor boosts I need. a friend told me she normaly could not smell swiss steak but she could smell this. this is really good- people may eat more than 1 serving."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut meat into serving sizes. combine four and salt; dredge meat on both sides.
Step 2
In skillet, brown meat in oil. transfer meat to crock pot - I used 3 quart crock pot. set aside.
Step 3
To the pan drippings add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, carrot, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce and bullion. pour over meat.
Step 4
Put on cover of Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
