Step 1: Cut meat into serving sizes. combine four and salt; dredge meat on both sides.
Step 2: In skillet, brown meat in oil. transfer meat to crock pot - I used 3 quart crock pot. set aside.
Step 3: To the pan drippings add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, carrot, celery, onion, Worcestershire sauce and bullion. pour over meat.
Step 4: Put on cover of Crock Pot and cook on low for 8 hours.
